*Ian pulled half a roll of toilet paper down, creating a long streamer of TP that wound from the bathroom into the kitchen.
*Ian then frenetically pulled rolled towels, washclothes, and handtowels out of the basket as I tried to deal with the TP.
*While running his bath water, I turned my back for a moment...when I turned back around Ian was sitting happily in the nearly full tub, fully clothed and diapered. I guess he just couldn't wait!
Is it normal to be utterly exhausted by 10AM when you have a toddler?
That's all OK, though...because in just a day or so he will be getting ready to hit the sunny beach.
Remember this, from last year? We'll see if this time 'round he keeps the hat and shades on for longer than approximately 2.2 seconds. I'm not holding out much hope.

Hey there! Thought I'd leave a note to say hi. I've enjoyed seeing how you guys are doing - Ian is adorable! We miss our West Merritts crew, so it's good to read a little about what is going on since we can't be there in person.
